DESCRIPTION: ...The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Ohio... Maumee River at Napoleon affecting Henry County. ...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Ohio... Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Allen OH, Paulding and Putnam Counties. For the Auglaize River...including Fort Jennings, Defiance... Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Maumee River...including Fort Wayne, Defiance, Napoleon... Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Auglaize River near Fort Jennings. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to late Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins along the Auglaize River with secondary roads and agricultural lands as well as homes nearest the river being affected by flood waters. Some evacuations of people and property may be necessary. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 10.8 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall to 10.7 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise above flood stage Saturday afternoon to 17.7 feet early Sunday afternoon. Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.

Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall, becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds. When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
