DESCRIPTION: ...The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Ohio... Maumee River at Napoleon affecting Henry County. ...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Ohio... Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Allen OH, Paulding and Putnam Counties. For the Auglaize River...including Fort Jennings, Defiance... Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Maumee River...including Fort Wayne, Defiance, Napoleon... Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Auglaize River near Fort Jennings. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to late Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins along the Auglaize River with secondary roads and agricultural lands as well as homes nearest the river being affected by flood waters. Some evacuations of people and property may be necessary. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 10.8 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall to 10.7 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise above flood stage Saturday afternoon to 17.7 feet early Sunday afternoon. Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not
impact human habitation in a negative way. The exception to this is freezing drizzle,
a condition where drizzle freezes immediately upon reaching earth's surface.
Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
potentially result in hazardous road conditions.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
